How do I buy items?
Log in with your Minecraft username, open a store category, add your items to the basket, and complete checkout. Purchases should be delivered automatically in-game.
I didn’t receive my items.
Delivery can occasionally take a few minutes. If your purchase still has not arrived after 30 minutes, open a support ticket and include your transaction ID.
How can I request help with a refund?
Review the Refund Policy in Useful Links, then open a Discord support ticket with your transaction details. Staff will review the situation.
